Everything you need to know about getting your Office Flow Supply orders delivered on time.

1. How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Items fulfilled by third-party dropship suppliers may take additional handling time as specified on the product page.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment at any time using our tracking portal.

3. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the item weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier. Some products include free standard shipping.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

5. What happens if my item is delayed?

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occur due to supplier backorders, carrier disruptions, weather events, or customs inspections. If your order is significantly delayed, contact our support team at kevin.b.harris.2015@gmail.com.

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
