Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
· - Items must be unused and in their original packaging (opened packaging is acceptable).
· - Items must not be part of the following exclusions:
- Opened software
- Customized items
- Clearance items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please use our Contact Us form at https://www.officeflowsupply.com/contact-us. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
· - Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
· - No restocking fees will be charged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please initiate a return through our Contact Us form. We offer both replacements and refunds for such cases.
Shipping Costs
Office Flow Supply covers the cost of return shipping. You will receive a prepaid return label once your return is approved.
Proof of Purchase
You do not need to provide a receipt. We maintain records of all invoices and purchases internally.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note, the following items are non-refundable:
- Opened software
- Customized products
- Clearance items
